Registration and Refund Policies
Enrollments limited. All registrations on a first paid, first confirmed basis. No registrations accepted, nor any place reserved in a course, until full payment and information are received. Keystone Real Estate Academy may cancel classes due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. If this should occur, all fees will be refunded. If a student voluntarily withdraws from a class at any time all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule.
1. Cancellation notification must be made in person, via email or by certified mail (“Cancellation Notice”)- no telephone cancellations will be accepted.
2. All monies will be refunded by Keystone Real Estate Academy if the student cancels within (3) three business days after signing the Enrollment Agreement and prior to 24 hours before the start of class.
3. Cancellation later than 24 hours before the start of the class will result in refund less a $20 late cancellation fee (to cover materials prepared for student)
4. Refunds will be made within 30 days of termination or receipt of Cancellation Notice using a funds delivery method consistent with form of payment (i.e. refund check if payment made by check or money order, via refund to credit/debit card)
